Wamalow is a media innovation hub that operates as a virtual and hybrid lab.The hub operates as a virtual lab with a global outlook, working across online and offline spaces to design media solutions that combine creativity with cultural intelligence. Through both online and on-ground programs, the hub designs and delivers training, media production, communication strategies, and digital transformation solutions. With over 3,000 trained participants and thousands of produced storytelling pieces, Wamalow collaborates with international organizations to translate global initiatives into culturally relevant experiences.

Wamalow is a media innovation hub founded by Rasha Al Deeb, a media strategist and podcast producer with over two decades of experience in cross-cultural communication and storytelling. who focuses on digital community building and culturally driven storytelling, was awarded the prestigious IVLP Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF) for innovation in media and social impact storytelling. With over two decades of experience in cross-cultural communication and media storytelling, Aldeeb has built more than five digital communities, produced eleven podcasts, and designed two international programs. She has also established a podcast school, a podcast conference, and a podcast lab. The hub brings together creative vision and industry expertise. Empowering voices, especially those of women and underrepresented communities, is her passion. She has trained thousands of creators and produced impactful audio stories that resonate across cultures. Through Wamalow, she develops and leads initiatives at the intersection of media innovation, digital community building, cultural intelligence, storytelling ecosystems, narrative preservation, and digital archiving.

Alongside her media practice, Rasha Al Deeb is completing a Master’s degree in Innovation Management (2026), further expanding her expertise in innovation ecosystems, strategic development, and creative leadership. Her work combines academic research with hands-on media experimentation, allowing her to bridge storytelling, digital transformation, and community engagement through innovative communication models.

Over the years, she has worked with international organizations, universities, and cultural institutions to design scalable media initiatives, educational frameworks, and cross-border storytelling programs. Her expertise extends beyond content production into ecosystem building, audience strategy, creator capacity development, and designing sustainable digital communities rooted in cultural intelligence and social impact.
