In Wamalow Projects
11 Experiments.
11 Solutions. Countless Stories.
At the Wamalow Media Innovation Hub, we believe every creative challenge begins with a single question: ‘Why not?’ We don’t just produce media; we build digital bridges and curate cultural archives. From gamified theater to award-winning narratives, our work is defined by a commitment to deep collaboration. Whether we are architecting safe digital spaces for partners like the “friendly space”project with Care Egypt or designing transformative educational programs ‘Learning Space,’ or building a podcast school, our mission remains the same: to turn bold ideas into human connections.”

Friendly space
Developed in collaboration with CARE Egypt, Friendly Space is a flagship refugee-led podcast initiative created and designed by the founder of Wamalow Media Innovation Hub.
Built on a human-to-human storytelling approach, the project centers refugee voices as creators—not subjects—enabling them to share their own stories, perspectives, and lived experiences.
Over five years, the initiative evolved into a growing podcast network, producing more than 20 series and over 2,000 episodes, while training 50 women podcasters to lead content creation within their communities.
Learning space
In collaboration with UNICEF Egypt, the founder of Wamalow designed Learning Space—an educational podcast initiative addressing learning gaps among refugee students.
The project trains teachers to become audio content creators, equipping them to design and deliver curriculum-based podcast content that supports continuity in education, particularly in contexts where access to formal learning is limited.
By combining storytelling with education, Learning Space introduces a scalable, flexible model for reaching underserved learners.
